Our service monitors publicly available municipal websites only. We cannot access private databases, internal government communications, or offline records. Changes may occur that we are unable to detect. We do not monitor: state courts, federal agencies (unless publicly posted), private HOA regulations, or neighborhood-specific covenants not published on municipal websites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesta Wize National and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, business interruption, fines or penalties, loss of rental income, or legal costs arising from your use of our service or reliance on any information provided.
We collect and store your property address, email, and payment information solely for the purpose of providing our monitoring service. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using our service, you consent to our collection and use of this data as described in our service. All customer data is stored securely and encrypted.
All subscriptions are annual and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring work product and immediate service activation upon payment, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.
The annual subscription fee is $359.99 USD, billed annually. Payment is due immediately upon signup. Your subscription automatically renews each year on your signup anniversary date unless cancelled. You will receive a renewal reminder 7 days before billing.
The property address you provide must be the legal municipal address as recorded in county tax records. This is the address used by the U.S. Census Bureau and local tax assessor. We use this address to determine your property's jurisdiction and identify which municipal websites to monitor. Incorrect addresses may result in monitoring the wrong jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address you provide.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, incorrect address entry, property sale, business closure, failure to use the service, or dissatisfaction with the service. By completing payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a proprietary digital service that begins immediately and cannot be returned or refunded.
We monitor publicly available municipal websites for the jurisdiction associated with your property address. This includes city council meetings, planning commission agendas, county board meetings, and posted ordinances. We do not monitor: private HOA regulations, state courts, federal agencies (unless publicly posted), or offline/internal government communications.
You are responsible for: (a) providing an accurate legal municipal address, (b) maintaining a valid email address for notifications, (c) reviewing all alerts sent by our service, (d) independently verifying any information before taking action, and (e) consulting qualified legal counsel for all legal matters. You must notify us within 30 days of any property sale or address change.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@vestaguard.com. Cancellation stops the automatic renewal but does not provide a refund for any remaining time in your current subscription period. You will continue to receive service until your current annual period ends.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current annual subscription period. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or regulatory fines.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vesta Wize National and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our service at any time without notice. We may update these disclaimers and terms periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and disclaimers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from your use of our service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
